CAMP RULES

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
4SERVICE is responsible for the operation of the camp and canteen according to contract with Rosenberg Worley AS.

The following rules and guidelines have been set up jointly by Rosenberg Worley AS and 4SERVICE AS, and each resident is obliged to adhere to this.

2. ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN
Rosenberg and 4SERVICE reserve the right to reject persons who are visibly intoxicated or otherwise behave unacceptably upon arrival.

Check-in starts at 1200 on the current day until 1200 the next day. Upon arrival at the camp, prior notice of arrival must be given.

3. INSURANCE
Every resident is responsible for insuring his / her private property against theft, fire, etc.

For your own safety: Keep the room locked when leaving. In addition, also the main entrance.

If you live on the ground floor, it is recommended to close the window before leaving the room.

4. LEAVE / HOME JOURNEY ON WEEKENDS
In order not to be charged for boarding and lodging in connection with leave, the following must be done:

Mail must be sent to resepsjon.rosenberg@4service.no at least 24 hours before the leave takes place.

It is possible to set up a predetermined leave for a maximum of 3 days.

5 . CHECK OUT
Before check-out, your room should be emptied of personal belongings. Room key and dining card are provided at the camp reception.

If the reception is closed, the "check-out" mailbox outside the main entrance is to be used.

Remember that check-out must be done by 12:00 on the departure day.

In case of loss of key / dining card, a fee of NOK 200, -

To book a taxi, contact the reception or call Stavanger Taxi 51 90 90 90.

Taxi is booked to “Rosenberg Anleggsleir”.

6 . MEALS
Breakfast can be served in the camp canteen (with the preparation of spices) and dinner.

You prepare your own lunch in the canteen.

Canteen opening hours - valid all days: Breakfast 0530 - 0800 Dinner 1800 - 2000

7 . THE CANTINE
The canteen should be a clean and pleasant place to stay. Anyone can contribute to this by being nice in their appearance and not wearing dirty work clothes.

Work clothes are hung in the canteen's wardrobe.

The packed lunch shall be prepared in the canteen and is for personal consumption only.

It is not allowed to bring plastic bags or bags into the canteen.

Shoe covers shall be worn.

Intoxicated people will be expelled.

Dietary / special diet must be notified when ordering or at check-in.

8 . RECEPTION
The camp reception is adjacent to the canteen. Notices of opening hours can be found on the notice board at reception and in the residential rigs.

Here you can buy kiosk goods such as mineral water and snacks, as well as laundry detergent.

Lost and found items will be taken care of at the reception for 20 days after the guest has left.

9 . RULES FOR THE CAMP
Great emphasis is placed on maintaining the highest standard and order possible within the framework applicable to the camp. This is to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

There should be peace and quiet in the camp between 2300 and 0500.

Due to shifting personnel, it is important to show consideration even outside these times.

Parking of vehicles can only be done in designated parking space.

When using common rooms and common equipment, residents are required to clean up after themselves. CD player, radio, TV and any musical instruments must be used in a considerate manner so that other occupants are not disturbed.

Use of controlled substances is not allowed. Alcohol is not to be brought or enjoyed in any of the living or communal areas of Rosenberg's buildings.

Storage of theft in Rosenberg Camps is not allowed.

Unacceptable behavior in the camp will lead to reactions and, depending on the nature of the case, may result in the expulsion from the camp and / or police report.

10 . NO SMOKING INDOOR
Smoking in bedrooms is not allowed. Violation of this prohibition will incur additional cleaning costs. Smoking is also not allowed in any other places indoors.

Any use of open fire (candles etc.) is illegal due to fire hazards.

11 . CLEANING
The following is done on the housing rigs:
Room cleaning: 7 days a week Living room cleaning: once a week.

The cleaning staff is only responsible for general cleaning, particularly dirty and / or contaminated rooms will not be cleaned. Such cleaning must be carried out by the occupant himself.

Upon repetition this will be reported. Work clothes are not allowed in the hallways and living areas. Use the wardrobes for this and remember shoe covers. If you’re on a night shift, use the "Please Do Not Disturb" sign during the day while you sleep.

12 . WEAPONS
Weapons of any kind are not allowed in the camp

13 . INVENTORY
Furniture and equipment in the camp must be taken care of. The use of screws / nails in ceilings, walls and floors is not allowed. Any damage must be compensated by the individual resident.

Effects that are damaged or missing are billed.

14 . ENERGY
Rosenberg has an integrated policy on energy economy and environmental protection.

We want residents to emphasize this, especially with regards to ventilating the rooms.

Read fire instructions posted at entrance. Also read the escape plan that hangs in every room.

Familiarize yourself with your own rigs’ emergency procedures and equipment. Muster area in case of fire is at the canteen.
